Default Does horn sound when alarm is activated?

I read through the manual and didn't see if you can have the horn beep when the alarm is armed. Is it suppose to do that? If so, how do I change it? I like to hear the beeps to make sure the alarm is on. Thanks.

No horn or beep. The lights flash though.
It's been discussed a bunch (especially lately). If you do a search for 'alarm' or 'horn' etc., it should pull up the threads.

Hehehe, fun being a newbie all over again isn't it Chris? There are a couple of SEARCH ***** on here, tread lightly. He was actually being easy on you. FP and HDDP are ruthless...

But yeah, there is some good info out there right now on this subject. There is an updated Siren that will beep, but it's a pain getting a dealer to do it... I think the thread is in the Coupe Section.

Welcome to the family! I still need to check track schedules for the Columbus Weekend... Looking forward to it if there is a track open...

Press the Panic button on your FOB and find out for yourself.

It's ok, even Rocket Scientist occasionally have a lapse of logic thought and problem solving.

BTW, a word of warning don't set that alarm off in an enclosed area. Your ears will rings like you've been at an Aerosmith concert.

Thanks, Jay. I figured I missed it in the manual, but after doing a search, doesn't look like it can be done. Don't want to complain about the car already, but I wish it had an EVIC like the other Chryslers. The performance makes up for that!
