Default fogging on inside of windows

i came out of hockey today at 10 pm and every window was completely fogged up on the inside. has anyone else had this problem? it was about 55 out when i parked and down to 40 or so when i came out. any ideas to prevent this or do should i take it to the dealer? tried a search didn't find any fixes just put on defrost and that took me 10 mins to get windows cleared up. just seems to be a dumb problem never had this problem with other cars.

Mine has done that once. I work at a car dealership and I would say its a normal thing when the temp drops that much at night. Last night, when the sun went down and the temp started dropping, every car on my lot (NEW & USED) did that.

That is because you are full of hot air!!! LOL.

No really, it was probably close to 70 inside the car when you parked it and 40 or so when you came back. Think glass of cold soda, condensation, it usually happens on the outside if you have the A/C blowing on the windshield.Totally normal. Next time crack the window a bit and it should solve the problem. Just make sure it isn't going to rain.

I had the same thing happen to me this morning. I didn't know if I should wipe the windows or let the condensation die down. So I chose to drive off till I got to work with the windows half foggy. Oh well!

It happens when the outside air temp drops to the dew point temp... you get condensation.
