I ordered a replacement shift **** for my SRT and cannot figure out how to remove the OEM ****. Other threads do not give definite instructions on how to remove the original. Need help from someone who has replaced the shift ****.

 

Unscrew the collar at bottom of ****. Once its completely off pull up and out

 

Yep, unsrcew the collar then pull the **** straight off. When your eyes stop watering and your nose stops bleeding from the back of your clinched fist hitting you in the face, you'll notice the **** is now removed.
