Default Racing Strips

I wanted to see what my car would look like with racing strips, lowered and the srt6 emblems on the side. They really don't look that bad thought I would share and see what you thought.

I would like to try very light gray ones on a white coup. Almost ghost stripes. I was going to try vinyl but still figuring out the spacing on the hood slots and rear plate.

That shade of grey stripe against the Graphite Metallic paint looks great...nice and subtle. What I love though are the two chevrons on the rocker panels just forward of the rear wheel opening. That's very cool.

I like it! Not sure I would do that to an SRT6, but it looks good. Very light silver stripes on an SSB in your configuration would be nice too! Hmmm.

I think former NXMX5 did this over three years ago. See this thread and the picture below (if it managed to upload)...

No, only the slasher/rocker stripes. Those were the comments I was responding to, not the racing stripes, which are obviously a different game entirely.

Since 2 of my 4 sports cars have over the top "racing" stripes, I actually thought about putting them on my Miata, and my Crossfire too. But I got so wrapped up with doing the scooped hood, that I sort of forgot about it.
Since the Crossfire is such a short car to begin with, it actually looks pretty good with them. I think the "slasher" style rocker stripes look good as well.
There are so many "subtle" things that you can do to your car to make it more unique, or to just stand out in a crowd, that I usually tell everybody to simply go for it.
"Originality" usually only counts at classic car shows, 30 years later. So why not personalize your car now, and enjoy it even more! Besides, as long as you don't do something too radical, it's easy to just put it back to stock when it comes time to sell it.
The vinyl decals that TLo mentioned in another post would be the easiest way to go when it comes to changing the look of you car, and you could make it as bright, or as subtle as you want. Then simply remove them at any time.
Oh, and by the way, the "stock" Crossfire design looks pretty "bitchin" too. So don't think I'm saying ya have to change anything to make your car look good, I'm just saying, don't be afraid to do it. I've never regretted doing it on any of my cars.
