And just to make sure I'm reading this correctly:

Stock /K&N's
314.45whp 306.74wtq
311.46whp 299.44wtq

The 314.45 is the K&N's right?

Shelton couldnt get off of work. Which was going to be our bonestock car. I believe the Needswing intake was dynoed with a ecu flash from what someone was telling me when they got there dyno numbers. Sorry.

All in all, not everyone will be happy with what everybody does or says. This just goes to prove a point, my design does work, and makes great WHP!! At 45-50mph WOT punches, it will usually break the tires loose!!

Anybody is more than welcome to buy anybodies product and do as much dynoing as necessary as they seem fit. I spent my $$$$ today....... mostly for myself, because I have alot more planned for it!!

The 314.45 is the K&N's right?
yes, both of those runs were with the stock air system with K&N's dropped in.

We ran the car 2-3 times per setup.

FYI, when I ported the airboxes out, and taped up the silencers, it did make a noticable difference, which is the same set up we used for the stock and stock w/K&N's. A Completely stock airbox, I think would have been down 2-6whp per setup. IMO.

I was referring to the people that seem to pick apart others ideas. The comments like people are wasting there time and beating the intake discussions to death, rice burner look etc. I don't rip on anyones thoughts and ideas even if I don't agree with them. I get frustrated when I see comments that are degrading as to how they come across. All of us have at least one thing in common which is the Crossfire obviously and we like to customize and tweak to our individual tastes. There is no right and wrong as far as that goes. Some stated in so many words that BDJ's set up was not going to produce the desired gains and that it was a poor set up etc.

For this is the reason for my comment. It simply works better than most people thought based on their comments.

I am sure if you provoke 240M3 enough, he will let it loose!!! haha. I try to keep my mouth closed and the dyno and track speed for itself. I cant wait for the track to open!!!

Call out names man, don't beat around the bush, LOL (can you tell I like drama? ). I aint gonna lie, it worked better than I was anticipating. But I really do want to see an actual intake shootout using identicaly matched cars. Competition is good, and proving nay sayers wrong is better.

Just kidding people, I'm not really that bad. Maybe just some swollen eyes and missing teeth would suffice.

I hear that. It looks like that both CAI's make basically the same amount of power and price. IMO when a car has been modified with pulley and ecu tune, that the car will want even extra breathing room, above and beyond the size of just the throttlebody. I am sure 240M3 will be dynoing his car next, and his is "bonestock". Now we just need a doner for comparison. The real competion would be on a car like Chitown's car. IMO.

All in all, if I was a customer and payed $450 for either system, I would be doing a back flip on the power you feel in your ***!!! 20-25whp or not, it feels like 50!!!
