I don't know, but Harry Lane Chrysler in Knoxville still has a NEW SRT-6 Coupe/ Saphire Silver Blue car that has been in the showroom ever since they got it.

You found us. Just picked up the graphite metallic(gray not silver) coupe on Saturday in Greenville, TX and was passing through the Nashville area on the way back to PA.

The wife was very perturbed that you slowed down next to us while she was trying to make a left turn so we could turn around and go to dinner!

Been a great car so far on the trip, averaging around 23+ mpg on the highway depending on who's driving. The only part that sucks is that the check engine light came on around 1100 miles into the trip on the other side of Bristol. Pretty disheartening since it only had 1300 total miles on the odometer at that point in time! Hoping to get it checked at a dealer here in Winchester, VA tomorrow morning before finishing the last 200 miles of the trip. I'm thinking that it's related to the catalytic coverters though as the exhaust sounded like it had a drill bit sliding around in it when we picked it up. I had the dealer pull one off and the sound was definitely coming from between them. The mechanic said that since the car only had 100 miles on it over it's entire life when we picked it up that someone was probably starting it and letting it idle a lot to keep the battery from draining and could cause the cats to break up into pieces. Who knows, it's under warranty so I really didn't care too much about it. Yet...

Ahh.. women. <ducks>

I saw a silver/grey one about... 3-4 weeks ago in down town nashville... at about 12th and Kayne ave. They were comming off the (new) bridge over the railroad heading towards I-65.

I'm sure it wasn't you. May have been the same fellow I saw a year ago at the intersection of Nolandsville Pike and Harding road. Stoppped and honked, did the head nod thing and went on our merry way.

Hopefully within the new month or so, I'll be piloting a graphite one myself.

The only thing I'm waiting on is the truck to sell...

Gah, if only it were a coupe bro . I'd be on that in two seconds, given how close we live.

Stopped at Parson's Chrysler in Winchester, VA this morning before finishing the trip home and came up with the following codes:

P0422 Catalyst System Low Efficiency Bank 1
P0432 Catalyst System Low Efficiency Bank 2

Looks like the rattling in the pipes will lead to me getting 4 new cats! I'll also probably be posting up some pictures of the drive tomorrow in a new thread.

Sorry for not having posted up the pictures from the drive yet, but I got sick after I got home and it sucks. I did stop by my local dealer today though and if you're interested in purchasing new catalytic converters for your srt crossfire they will set you back a mere $2,250.00 for each cylinder bank. Thank god for warranties.

Dang...if I was out of warranty and that happened, I would have Burns build me a fully custom exhaust before I would pay for that!

You're correct - thank god for warranties!

How was your experience with Greenville? (they are the same company with the same owner as Bonham).

It's kind of hard to believe that this was my actual FIRST time seeing a Crossfire SRT-6. Does anyone else have one in the Nashville area? We are now looking, so if you know of any deals on a black SRT coupe, the tip would be appreciated. Thanks!

The experience was less than desirable and it's not over yet unfortunately.

Sorry to hear that...Bonham was the same to me. Terrible dealership IMHO. They may be good for selling Diesel Rams...but they suck in regards to the SRT's, based on my experience.

My wife has the black coupe in Nashville with the animal friendly tag, it's the only black one I've seen other than Pac Man Jones old one that was for sale from Dixie Motors & one that was at a CarMax while we were shopping around for hers. There is a blue one over in the Belle Meade area I see from time to time. I have a modified black 300c SRT8... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vw3k72e726M
