You can tie 500 pound weights to your foot! It's not gonna get rid of the delay! On the street its not that big of a deal, but at the track 1/8 1/10 of a second is a big deal, when it comes to 1/4 mile racing! Lose the race, lose your ride.

I added a sprint booster after my x spanked me with her mustang gt in autocross, talk about throttle lag. After the change the response was totally now and I would never part with it. IT MUST BE THE CORRECT ONE, LIMITER AND SRT-6 NOT THE SAME. Now I get immediate response and I have the traction control OFF because I have the Phantom grip LSD installed and dont want a computer cutting the power mid take-off, Woody

Ok - Sprint Booster - jury is out and clearly not back yet. I have one - I like it - as long as I continue to notice I guess - and that's that.
What about pulleys RIOT mentioned - fact or fiction? Is there anyone else out there doing intake's for xfire srt? BDJ's is the only one I have stumbled across here in threads.....Is the general consensus that the air mod is the easiest, cheapest most productive mod to do? Does removing the resonators add anything other than a sound change?

there are plenty of intakes read further.... removing the resonator looses 20 pounds as well..

Needswings, BDJ's, and LET sells the SL55 intake. From what I've read, the intake seems to be the cheapest/best performance mod.

Very happy with my intake. Easy, inexpensive performance with a nice sound as well.
