If he needed any parts, I could help him out with prices through my dealer. I know that the s/c equipment gets pricey, and I pay 10% over cost. I generally help people out, they just have to ask.

Wrench, did anything happen to the facia. Sounds like she kissed the curb pretty well.
I taped a curb the second week I had my car. No issues. Two years later, I have clear coat peeling in that area. It's like it happened over night..

Since I lowered my SRT - when I pull head-first into a parking spot - If there is a car next to me (or say 2-3 spots away). I will use it's front door as a sight guide and just make sure that my door is behind it.

With such a small wheelbase, (especially behind the door) I know I'm still far enough into the space yet still a good foot from the front curb/wheel stop.

BTW - I would have used the opportunity to install the larger HE that HDDP had designed up for his race car - if it's still available from the fab house. -- R&D work already done.

Yeah, she scratched it, not too bad. I can`t tell if it went through the clear.

If I had thought about asking around I would have taken advantage of it. I just didn`t think about looking for something like that. I wanted the car back on the road.
