Am I acting ridiculous?
Ok. There's this SRT/6 we are looking at. But, it happens to be in a state that requires a front plate. So, I am having a minor panic attack that it has two small holes in the front bumper. Is there any way to repair this? Or, am I just acting crazy about the matter?

i feel the same way... i personally wouldn't purchase a car with holes... period. but that's just me.
as for a repair... you can attempt to purchase some black plugs (hardware store or option below) about the same size as the holes to mask them... but that's about it... unless you replace the entire bumper.

You are normal...for a Crossfire owner. I just bought an Illinois car with the same issue. One option is to buy the little plastic plugs (with porcupine quills) and paint them with touch up paint. I'm going to talk to a body shop to find out if a little bondo or even caulk with touch up paint will do the trick. Nothing removes holes, but maybe they can be made close to invisible.
I am the same way. I live in a state (TEXAS) that requires front plates and for the past 15 years I have gone without one. To me, cars look stupid with them on so it was worth the risk of getting a ticket to go without. I too purchased a used SRT6 that already had the holes. I simply went to my local Autozone part store and bought a small box of "Panel Retainers". These are small plastic caps used in auto interiors. I painted the cap with touch up paint and "plugged" the holes. Looks a ton better than without and cheaper than the $300-$500 quote the dealership gave me to either fill the holes or replace the bumper.

Photoshop can take them out. Use the clone tool. Oh wait, that only works on photos.
My black STR-6 has the same holes but it doesn't bother me. No one notices them 'cause the car has sooo much eye candy. I may plug them one day though. I think those bump out plugs only draw attention to them.

You could also go to a swap meet and buy some of those little chrome half bullet shaped license plate bolts and put them in without a plate. Looks kinda cool. Also, if someone backs into your bumper, they will have two little dents to remember you by!!
Thanks everyone. I am glad I'm not the only one. No way will I put any sort of front plate on this beauty. I'll keep you updated on the hunt for the car. I appreciate all of the super-quick responses!

Yes you have to have the front plate on in New Jersey as far as I know, but well if I get pulled over, I think it will be the least of my concerns heh... but for the past year and a half of me owning the crossfire, I have never been bothered about it... ***knock on wood***
Based on that link Andrew posted there is a selection of like 4 different graphite colors for chrysler... You guys think Slate Grey Metallic, or Seal Grey Metallic, or Diamond Graphite will be my color? Am I correct to assume that it is Slate Grey Metallic?

and rear. Most people call them air ducts and tail pipes, but they sure look
like holes to me.
