WOW That's a smokin deal!!

I can tell you first hand that this big pulley just makes our cars rip.

The added HP gains, off-the-line pull and ease if installation along with the fluid dampner vs the OEM plastic dampner make this pulley at this price one sweet deal.

LET was great doing business with. They were always honest with me, very knowledgeable about our engine, they always took my calls and answered the questions without the hard core selling pressure. They told me I would need a larger HE and pump (which I will buy from them)

Since I was the guinea pig for this pulley - LET promised to replace it with a 181 or 178 pulley at no charge should I run lean - but that was not a problem.

I suggest you call Erick and see about getting the SL55 intake with this pulley (you will need more intake) and perhaps the larger HE and Pump.

Erick - perhaps you should post a package price for the Pulley, HE, Pump and Intake.

LET's 185mm Pulley and SL55 intake (and SI ECU Tune) provided my SRT with a 70+ HP Gain - that's smokin' boys...

BB, Not being as 'brave' as you, I ordered the 181mm pulley. Erick will be shipping my SL55 kit soon. Will have to wait till I get these in before doing the ECU tune.

You won't be disappointed Mike. The 181 will rip.

Let me know if you need any help with the SL55 intake - it's not tough - but I can help with the brackets. I still have a few at home plus I can help to fit the OEM engine cover back on.

Good luck

Brian, Thanks. I have a machine shop in the garage, so I can make any bracket I need. It would be good if you emailed me the dimensions of the bracket w/ spacer and maybe a good close up pic. I do custom gun work and other parts, so it shouldn't be too hard to make.

I’m not a DIY guy and I don’t know of any reputable shops or individuals who can perform this mod in North Texas (DFW) . I’m interested in the 181 but purchasing it does me no good if I can’t get it mounted . Anyone know some place/ someone reputable in the DFW area ?

I can help locate a reputable shop in your area. Will you PM me your zip code and city name for reference.

FYI - Our company is located in Houston...do you ever come this way?

How hard is it to do the heat exchanger mod?? Is there a lot of tearing parts out to get to it?? I haven't looked under there yet.

No, all you need to do is remove the bumper and the old HE. You will need extra coolant to replace the lost fluid. Install should take less than 2 hours.

I too can recommend a few folks in the DFW area who would definitely be capable of doing the pulley swap (and any other mods).

LantanaTX is also in your area, and he or someone he knows could likely help. The pulley install is quite simple and any decent MB shop would have no issues with it. BUT, you'll likely pay a premium at an MB shop so a smaller place may be better.

I'm sure LET (jerry) will help you out, but if you need more contacts let me know.

Question Re: LET Motorsports Pulley Special!!

OK, I've got a few questions. I searched, but could not find the answers, though I believe they are on here somewhere.
Anyone know the answers?

1. What is the SRT6 stock pulley size? I see 178s, 181s, and 185s are available.
2. What is the SRT6 stock level of boost? Looks like the pulleys above produce 14%, 16%, and 20% respectively.
3. What other mods are needed with the 181s and 185s (larger HE, belt, etc.)?
4. Why do birds suddenly appear . . . .

Thanks in advance.
