It has been fun...
Yuck, that sux. : (
However, as one who attended grad school, I can relate to your situation. Education first, toyz later. I'm sure you'll get back in the ownership fold soon enough. In the meantime, don't be a stranger.

j/k My 2 cents:
If I had to choose, without a doubt, I'd move back to campus and live the broke student life before sacrificing my dreams. It's just a car. I'm graduating with two masters degrees, and investingating the debt-heavy PhD route. That path may force me to quit my cushy job and part with my beloved crossfire.
I think you two did the right thing, Shawn. You can earn your fortunes later, and purchase vehicles later, but you'll never get a chance to relive your lives.

I'm actually considering a similar move, to help make an MBA more affordable. Any suggestions on how to get the most out of her if I end up selling?

I had a considerable amount of documentation on my car (as I always do), kept it garaged and clean, and bought one that didn't have any flaws. So, the car pretty much sold itself...
With that said - I still took a hit, but 99% of the hit was from my negative equity due to a trade in. Had I NOT traded a car in on it, I would've got right at my payoff, so I can't complain.
My co-worker just got his Burns-made Resonator delete installed on Friday - MAN that thing sounds SWEET! Really made me want the SRT back...but at least he let me romp on his for a minute
shawn ... sorry to see you go ... but you know what's best ... just because the car is gone... there is no need to leave the family...
cheers... and remember you can always get another one down the road.

Sorry to have you leaving us for a while, but you have to do what is right for your family first.
Good luck and we look forward to seiing you back here now, and in the future.

You've done a very responsible thing Shawn. The education will pay for itself over and over again. There's no point in jeopardizing your financial situation. Good luck and who knows, maybe your buyer will be ready to resell it to you when you're ready.
Sorry to hear that. You will have one again soon enough though. I joined this forum a few months ago when I first looked up the Crossfire, and now am looking to buy one within the next couple of months. Can't wait. Right now I am too busy to do so and have quite a lot going on. The more I read the better a SRT sounds.
