Sweet run, by the way. I'm not a nitrous fan, but to each his own. Cheating? LOL. It's only cheating if the NHRA says so!
I consider it cheating from an engineering point of view, not much skill in nitrous, yes there is the whole tuning aspect but that goes with everything.
I would like to see you guys start producing real speed parts for our cars, such as higher flowing heads and cams all made in America, not this over priced Euro shiit, that's all, damn ease up kids.

In a safe environment of course.

What do you mean produce real go fast parts for OUR cars? You have an NA crossfire with 215 HP. The fastest way for you to gain an additional 135HP is to trade it in on a stock SRT.
Rob from needswings lives in Michigan and created the best intake money can buy. InMotion Tuning is based out of Oregon if I remember correctly. ASP pulley kit came from texas. Feels like american made to me!

ok ok, let's not get all sensitive, but seriously there is plenty of room for improving the NA cars, I would to see more hard parts besides exhaust, pullies and an intake that's all stuff we can make in our garage over a weekend. this is a meaningless rant, but I de like to see some low CR pistons for the NA and srt6 crowd so you can squeeze more boost out of that m112. I don't know about you guys but I always thought the srt6 was a bit high in CR department
It's been a long time and I know there are small companies out there slowly getting tooled up. I'm just not jizzed over nitrous, sorry for the bubble burst and who gives a rats *** what I think, I'm sure it was quite a task to get those times.
As for buying an srt6 that's tough one for me, since I never liked the big wing, automatic transmission, or rough suspension for driving in the city.

BTW, LET is based out of Houston.
Houston FTW.
You know, there isn't much difference between "Forced Induction" (Supercharger/Turbo) and Nitrous. So I guess we're all cheating with the blower.
MD's car is literally built from championship and win.
How swee is it that a CROSSFIRE might get thrown off the track for not having a roll cage!!!

I understand that some people think n2o is bolt the bottle in the trunk and away we go. To be safe with this high of a shot on a little six cyl takes alot of r&d, so every piece of it is trial and error and MANY hours on the dyno to ensure you don't bust the engine. I have invested over 6K in my n2o setup, probably more than cams and head work would have been with less results. So to the one or two haters keep hating! And to the rest of you guys thanks so much for the support and I'll keep pushing the envelope to see where we can go. I currently do not have a time slip for my run, a friend of mine has it and he has video. So when I get hooked up with him I'll post it up. I went to the track with 5 guys and one of them was holding our slips and video taping everyone, so he could do his "youtube" thing. But I had roughly a 1.75 60' and 1/8 et 7.25 and I don't remember the rest!

Oh and as far as the cage/rollbar thing, I went through tech in 2 seconds because the track was so busy they did not even pop the hood! But I did have all other appropriate gear - helmet, jacket, gloves, drive shaft loops etc... In the future I don't know what I'll do? I'll probably back the shot size down and try to run 11.50 and slower, I really don't want a rollbar/cage in my car!

10's in a crossfire - insane
Respect from SRT6 owners - deserved
6K for nitrous R&D by MDSRT6- priceless

"A roll bar is required in any convertible running 13.49 seconds or quicker in the quarter mile, and in other cars beginning at 11.49.
The roll bar is accepted in vehicles running as quick as 10.00 second e.t., provided the stock firewall and floorboard is intact, other than for installation of wheel tubs.
If the floor and/or firewall has been modified, then a full roll cage is required beginning at a 10.99 e.t. A full roll cage is required in any vehicle running 9.99 seconds or quicker, and any vehicle running 135 mph or faster (regardless of e.t.) ."
As long as you stay on the slow side of 135 mph, a roll bar would be enough until 9.99
