Oh my god now he's quoting Nascar!
At first I wasn't sure if you could drive or not but your "I just mash the pedal and don't need to worry" removes any dought...
If you get this worked up over these little comments I am sure it wouldn't take much to push your button at the starting line.

I was trying to point out how easy of a car the SRT/6 is to race. And BTW, if your such a great driver post up some timeslips. I'm sure the local track has a senior night for ya...

Sorry if it sounds as though I am doughting you it's just... you know.
I'm just waiting to hear the story about "I came up next to this Enzo"...
Love those Road Courses!
Mike
Not exactly a fair comment since an Enzo in the 1/4 mile is what, a mid 10 second car at nearly 140mph whereas a stock ZR1 might see 12.8 @ 110 or so.

Not sure how modded the ZR1 was in this story (if at all), but Chi-Town's car has more than enough to dispatch a stock one on the street. And while his title said ZR1 kill, he admitted the guy was coming hard so I think he meant the ZR1 was killed (mechanically).

At least that's the way I read it.

P.S. - For what it's worth, a few years ago I had several door to door, dead even runs with a ZR1 on that same road in my WS6 (which was only a 12.9@110 car).

It must have been depressing for the ZR-1 driver to be out run by current technology. Back in the early 90's they were king.

You know you shouldn't make fun of the aged. We all get there, though it may be a little tougher for a guy with a smart attitude like yours. Not to mention your story telling.
It must suck getting out driven by the Elderly, huh?
Have a nice life

I don't know why everyone is messing with you on this one. If you were so far ahead of the ZR1 that he had to push it to the breaking point, YOU WON.

Sarcasm doesn't usually come across well on a message forum, especially since I'm not familiar with you/you sense of humor. Sorry I didn't catch it earlier.
