Default Just got home...3,000 miles later

I just got home today from taking my grandson on a little drive around the west. Left Portland, Oregon last Thursday. Went to Spokane, WA, through Idaho to Montanna. Across Montana to Little Big Horn battlefield, down to Cody, WY and the WF Cody museum, across to Casper, down to Cheyenne, over to Laramie to visit great grand parents, down to Berthoud, CO to vist friends, back to Laramie and across Wyoming, Utah, Idaho and Oregon to home. We had a great time and clocked right at 3100 miles in the SSB SRT6. The ride was pretty comfortable and the gas milage for the total trip averaged 23.3 miles/gallon. Here are a couple of pics. I will add more to my gallery.

The first thing I did when I got home was install the replacement 181mm pulley that was waiting for me. It slipped right on and I was done in 15 minutes. Test driving is next.

Hope you had a great adventure.
To bad you didn't stop by on your trip through.
SRT6's are a rare breed out here.
Enjoy the Ride...

Mike, we spent the night in Missoula but didnt get in till late and then went to Billings the next morning to visit a late friends family. I may plan another trip next year and do Yellowstone, Glacier and Victoria BC. I can actually make to Missoula in a day so a long weekend could do the Glacier run.

You have to be the coolest grandpa among all of your grandson's friends. That will be a trip he can talk about for years to come.
