Okay. I came up with something pretty dang easy and it works. I could make it with rounded edges and it would look nicer. I was making a mock up of the clip and had a ephifany...thats kind of like and good idea. Why not just stick a nice .110" rod with a 90 degree bend on it into the block. Much easier and will hold up better than a cut piece of delrin. As Woody would say...Taaa dahaaa

Cool idea... but I didn'nt know they were/are that much of a problem. Is it just the srt's?

 

I dont know if it is a problem or a errant hand under the hood. I pulled my new surge tank out the other day and the next day when I was doing a little 'accelleration' testing I got white smoke. On looking under the hood I had oil all over the passenger side of the engine bay and my dip stick was sticking out up to the wire/cap joint. It certainly isnt going to happen again. Me no like that mess...
