According to TireRack's site. The H&R are as follows:

Front and Rear Fitment
Ride Height: Moderate Lowering
Note: Avg low 1.3"F 1.2"R

Eibachs:

Front and Rear Fitment
Ride Height: Moderate Lowering
Note: Avg low 1.0"F 1.2"R
NOTE: Requires the rear bump- stops to be trimmed by 20mm.

If you want lowest then you have the answer, I had to pull my prosports as the front tires hit in autocross. There is a limit to what you can do. Contact Brian Brave, he cut his stockers and did it for nothing and is tickled now. A thought for you......ENJOY

what frustrates me, is different websites say different heights!!! i have seen 2 websites that say the eibach's lower 1.5 rear, and the H&R's are 1.0" and 1.2"!!!

i don't want to order a kit, install and be having 'rubbing' issues.... has ANYONE installed H&R springs on an SRT? anyone have lowering springs AND 20"wheels?

thanks everyone. i'm planning on doing the koni adjustables with it too!

Rub can happen, you only have to add spacers to gain back some, and I did it to get the exact level on all 4 corners , nothing is easy thats of value. WOODY

Yup - trimmed 3/4 of a coil off the fronts and a full coil off the rears. Also replaced the rubber spring pads with the lowest dot possible.

Job was so easy I ended up re-installing the factory spring pads.....

So you took the lower Spring pads out and put the stock ones back in? What did you use to cut them, I know if they get hot, they sag and get all mushy
