It looks like a bunch of the benzos are flaking out. They opened it up to EVERYTHING! So far there are a couple of SRT-8s and a Mustang or two coming as well. I guess they felt the need to do that to keep the price in check.

 

They must have heard that you guys are planning on showing up and they got scared.

I am talking with my friend that has a NEW mobile dynojet and a sl55 amg mercedes, he may bring the dyno down for the track rental. i am talking with the people that set up this event to see if there is enough interest.

 

If I didnt live like 1000 miles away, Id be there.

 

The temps should be around 30 or 40 degrees lower so i bet everyone runs some great times that day!

Still watching the weather, what is the last day to prepay?

 

I am not sure, I plan to wait until around Thursday to pay for the track. I reserved my room last night.

They said they paid to have the entire track sprayed with vht so it should be really sticky and with only around 40 cars there you will get tons of track time.

Hey Mrphotoman, hang around till Sunday, I'll be there all day. Should be less traffic than last time alot of guys have probably put their cars away for the year( I hope ) anyway pm me if your going to be there Sunday. Weather looks good for Sunday, small chance of rain for Saturday so far.

If they are going to prep the track Saturday and not use it much, will it remain in good condition for Saunday? I guess I am good for either day but preffer Saturday, let me know which day the group will go.

 

as of today the weather says 40% chance of rain on saturday and partly sunny and 54 degrees on sunday.

i will keep an eye on the weather and we can decide on wednesday.
