Thumbs up JerryTune 2.0

Ok I just reinstalled the ECU with the updated J/T 2.0.

First test drive I was a bit worried as I had near black exhaust when stepping on the throttle - that went away after a few minutes, computer adjusting I am guessing.

My ritual has always been: start car, T/C off, seatbelt.

After taking off from a stop sign in my usual fashion...I either have to change my ritual or my standard driving habits. T/C may be a good thing.
I found my self completely sideways and the rear tires lighting up like some spilt bleach on the road.

This is they way I want the car to react - not that it was bad before, it is just so much better now. Low end is amazing.
Way to go Jerry!....

....whens 3.0?

I agree!! I too noticed the low end to be a BIG difference! I said before that I couldn't break the tires loose downshifting and stomping on it in 3rd. Well that has now changed! lol. I still think it has a bit more to give in the mid to top so im interested in the next update!

3.0 in the works!!

Bryan (ImportLabSRT) is running the base version of 3.0. I took 2.0 and did about 5 passes on the dyno making slight changes each time. Still working on it though!!

I am patiently waiting Jerry...I'm still having a little trouble w/ my set-up...so I will observe and talk to you or Wayne soon about it....but, if there is a 3.0 in the works, you will get there, then we'll go from there...

Is this tune strictly for people running the NW intake mani's or is there a seperate tune for them?

Nope, I'll create a NW mani tune once I get a set. Any takers in Chicago???

Rob - Can we come tune a x-fire at your location with your mani's?

Ahh, I see. It just means there is more in the tune for us with the mani's I would think. Jerry, once I get my mani's back from Rob (he has to teflon coat them), we can set up a time out here on the dyno with Anthony if you prefer.
