Please allow me to regain myself. Here is the photo of the HOLLOW bolt and a 30 MM allen head cap screw that I will be replacing it with. I can torque it and not worry about the bolt failing, as Splinter says, 15 pound feet of torque. TAAAA DAAAA

Yes I will be cutting the bolt to the 25MM length from under the head to the tip of the bolt.

Yeah Lowes has the round head hex in length 25

I actually got a silver regular socket 13mm headed one. No real reason though, could've gotten the black hex cap.

The "Black" ones are Grade 8 12.9 Hardened Steel. You pick the car up with one these, just makes me feel better than the plain stuff, and it blends better visually. You my $0.02
