Default Suede Cleaner (Seats) New Old Question

I saw maybe a couple of questions/answers on this topic and want some updated answers.

I have some Zymol Leather Conditioner/Cleaner that I used on my limited.... I understand that is not for suede correct??

Are there any package products that both protect and clean our suede seats? I read some mixed answers and was wondering if there is an industry standard yet for this type of cleaner?

So what do you other SRT6 owners use on your seats?

I recently spilled some Gatorade my seat, a very small amount but it just got me in the mood!!

Thanks in Advance!!

The SRT seats are not suede. It is Alacantra and I believe it can be cleaned with water. There is a link to the Alacantra site on here somewhere.
I use Meguiar's leather conditioner on the non-Alacantra parts and not much of anything on the Alacantra portions.

They're not suede?

I could have sworn they were suede, well I feel quite silly.

But just water? There isn't anything better?

Thanks for the info though.

Alcantara is sweet material. I love correcting "Car People" when they say suede...

It seems that most have heard of Alcantara, and know it's used in Lambos, Ferraris, Maseratis and many other of the finest exotics in the world. It apparently cost A LOT more than natural suede.

I have a 03 Cobra with parchment Alcantra inserts. Car is 6 years old and seats look like knew. Use a 8 to 1 mix of Woolite/water in a spary bottle spray seat insert lightly, use a damp cotten towel and rub lightly. After you have cleaned the area go back over the seat with another damp cotton towel. When dry brush the seat and vac.
