my car needed an oil change along with replacing the center console due to the black plastic peeling off...so my car is at the dealership for 8 days and when i get it back the glove box does not work propperly and the plastic around the dashboard where it says "BAS, ESP,etc...." is cracked and to top it off i go home only to find out they did not even change my oil! so i waited and paid $95 for an oil change that i never got! so im going back monday morning to raise hell to the service manager =)

I have had similar bad experiences with Glendale chrysler in St. Louis,MO

 

Only good thing is that $95.00 for a Mobil One oil change at the dealership is pretty cheap. It's $160.00 over here.

 

What is oil capacity? Just under 9 quarts 0w-40 with the filter filled?

Even at an expensive Mobile1 price of $7 per quart that is only $63 + filter to do it yourself.

I know I just picked up mobile1 last week for $4.XX quart on sale.

 

8.5 quarts is what it used on my first oil change. I Bought the oil and filter at autozone and had a great crew at a local Valvoline instant oil change do mine.

 

Mine was in for the tranny fix (leak) and dealer accidentally changed my oil & filter (mobil 1).
They were very nice about the error....no charge.
Also while it was in it was noticed that the clear coat was pealing on the center caps...all four replaced!
One of the truely good dealerships.
