My 6 is so fast it literally hovers in air
It has to be either some kinda of valvebody adjustment or high stall torque converter. I laughed at the the adding an extra gear or manual conversion...

Also to the original poster, how hard was it to drop the tranny anyways?

It was the easiest transmission I have ever pulled out of a car to date.

Yeah, she's been tearing up the streets since Christmas day. I'll have track numbers after Feb. 7th to reveal the gains from the CUSTOM TORQUE CONVERTER.
I figured you put in a TC when you posted those photos. I'ld love to have a shop like where you work!!!! Interested in your stall speed, track gains, who made it, etc.....lol...
