Default I have a mystery sound

It is coming from the passenger floor area where the factory amp etc. is located. The sound is that of a relay quickly cycling. It happens randomly, sometimes a few times a day, sometimes not at all. No problems occur while the sound is occuring. Braking and acceleration are fine. I can find no changes in the car when the sound is occuring. Has anyone else experienced this?

Sorry don't know where the amp is located (yet). But I do get a relay clicking and it appears that it is emanating from inside the dash where the passengers left knee would be.
Mine is somehow related to the AC system. It only happens if I have my fan selector in the off or first position. A good rap on the console in the general area of the clicking and it stops.

Tighed1, did you pull your cabin air filter and look for junk in by the fan? I think pulling the cabin filter gets you there.

LOL Haven't found that either (cabin filter)!
If you are saying something might be hitting the fan, that isn't it. It is definitely a relay clicking.

Bet it sounds less like a clicking relay and more like a motor boat!

Underneath the amp is an air line that carries air for cooling the amp maybe its blowing some debris or tag on a wire thats fluttering around making the noise.
