Default Wow!

I was out for some Christmas shopping a few nights ago at a local mall. As I completed my rounds and headed home, I entered the interstate highway only to get trapped behind a bus and boxed in by an eighteen wheeler on my left. It was a damp, dreary Pennsylvania winter night and the roads were covered with grit from an overzealous treatment by PennDOT a few nights earlier. I was becoming paranoid from the dirt being sprayed about by the vehicles surrounding me. The truck to my left seemed content to ride beside me: Maybe he found it amusing. When I saw a small opening develop in front of the big rig, I nailed the gas pedal and the SRT took off in a fury of acceleration that is unmatched by anything I have ever driven. I have owned Corvettes, Trans Ams, turbos - you name it: I have never experienced mid range power like this. As I watched the headlights behind me fade to pinpoints, I know why I love this car. I'm still smiling. TBW-black SRT6

You need to drive that thing harder more often.
It likes it as much as you do!

I am constantly into double digit boost. Can't get enough!

I'm going to have to experience the SRT ... I'm dangerous enough in my little gray non-SRTcoupe ... I can only imagine what MrsS' reaction would be if I had that much more under the throttle ... she's on my case all the time the way it is ...

I agree with you tighed1 (It likes it as much as you do!). My car just seems to ask you to give it more pedal .

Nothing like cool/cold weather to make a forced induction car scream! Amazing it is.

Last time I had mine out it was in the mid 40's. The coolant in the IC system never even got to 75 degree's, the digital temp gauge I have installed on my HE flashes LO until it hits 75 and it never quit flashing LO even crusing around town getting on it. There is a lot of difference in power when the IC coolant temp's are under 90 compared to 110 or 120 degree's.
