Code3 Pulley size question

Here's a good read about spark plugs.
It's not always about racing and it's not just about the spark.......
The johnson pump might not do too much bceause the stock system is restrictive... More pumping power but still pushing against a restrictive system. Maybe search back through Waldig's extensive posts on the heat exchanger studies and upgrades.
I eventually found my winner by keeping the stock pump but parallel'ing a second heat exchanger with the stock heat exchanger. Basically when the pump output hits the restriction limit of the stock exchanger it just spills over to the second exchanger and both exchanger outputs unite before reaching the intercooler above.

In response to how i drive my car, This car is my daily driver, i dont know enough about modding so im not keen to be forking out $ on problems and issues. I will be voiding my warranty so i would like to be as reliable as possible. I dont do track racing, all i want is extra noticable power to have fun with. Thanks for all your suggestions.

My 12.2 was with my car weighing exactly 100 lbs more than 240M3SRT and sowardcustoms SRT6's due to all the stereo equipment in the hatch. It may have helped to have the extra weight back there to offset some wheel spin.

i'm bringing this thread back, i'm at a point where i think i want to mod my 2year old srt6. just graduated college, making a little money, but don't want to spend a lot since i want to do other things (house).
Basically should i do a CAI or a pulley. I don't want to mod my car that much, if any, but it seems like for 300 bucks on a cai i can gain 20 horsepower it's definetly well worth it.
I've taken my car to the track once, i live autocrossing more than the 1/4. Ultimately i want to take my car to the texas mile just so i can go fast. it's my daily driver.
What should i do? CAI, pulley, or nothing?

Go with the CAI first.....and enjoy that power....once your smile gets a little bland then pulley that ****....that's the route I'm going to take atleast. I just dont want belt slippage is what's keeping me on the fence right now about pulley.
You need a CAI to open up the airflow. The stock intake has crimps back towards the throttle body, it simply cannot allow enough air through.
Then you need a pulley mod of some kind that will spin the supercharger faster and create more boost.
After that you can be more creative... A computer tune, maybe exhaust work, maybe modify the cooling system, theres plenty of ideas.
But hey, just a word of advice. I completely regretted modifying my srt-6. It became expensive and time-consuming. I know people will disagree but its my own personal experience. So make sure you're truly bored with your car before you start modding because if you're just bored with life in general then put your money into some other hobby instead of the srt-6. Its just my personal opinion though... I regret modding my srt6 which is now gone, and regret modifying my '05 mustang gt which is long gone. Lesson learned for me.
EDIT: Oh yeah, I used a 100mm idler to tighten up my belt after installing the code3, so if you have belt slippage then thats an option. I don't believe I had any slippage in the first place though.

cruzinquick...well said...until something begins to fail, pump etc....I am running stock except for a few mods...now we can't all get on the track as I have recently found out the hard way...should have bought a coupe...'cause the 'vert is destined for street racing....well, controlled street racing, well sorta....LOL
Oledoc2u why cant you go to the track? Cruzinquick i didnt realise you live in the hotest state and stil get sub 12. I know you dont like the 185s but id love to see what times you could get with one
