Default Front bumper "chin" replacement

Although the used 12,000 mile SRT-6 I just picked up is relatively clean it does have it's share of scratches, scuffs, and dings (3). The one blemish that bothers me most is the front chin spoiler which looks like the previous owner (or dealer for that matter) pulled it up too close to a parking block. It's scraped along the bottom center and even slightly buckled (you can see a small bulge/bend in the chin along the top edge below the actual fixed bumper.

I'd like to replace this part- I'm assuming it's a simple bolt on. Does anyone know where I can get this part ordered online (and even possibly pre-painted)? I'm checking with you guys first before trying my local Chrysler dealer who will charge absolute top dollar for something like this. Thanks in advance.

The chin and bumper are permanently affixed; you can’t replace the chin separately.

Yes, you have to buy the whole bumper cover. Don't go to the dealer. It's too expensive you can get it for about $260 - $270 here.
