Default Oil Indicator Light... (HI)

About a week and a half ago I got a oil change and 4 or 5 times now the oil level indicator comes up as high.

I brought the car back into the dealership and they checked the levels and was told everything is fine. I left and a day later the warning came back. I checked the oil level and it seemed fine.

What else could be causing this HI warning to come on??

Thanks for any assistance...

Are you letting the car sit for 5 minutes before you use the remote oil level indicator?
I think that's what the manual says?

I had the same issue last week after i got an oil change. I went back to the shop and they just drained some oil out. It was over the max limit. I would suggest to check the oil yourself and see if the level is within the limit on the oil dipstick. Then go back to the dealership and make them drain the oil.

Thanks!!

Do you know how much to drain, I think I just want to tell them something to go off of. I think they need all the help they can get.

Not really sure, but the mechanics should know. When i checked the oil level myself, it was over the max line on the dipstick.
