I am hooking a boost gauge up, and air fuel to see what pulley I need to buy, and get LET to send me a new tune
I will say this thing sure pulls good, especially on the big end!! I am also playing with my NOS system too. I want to be well into the 10's on street tires!!

Street tires and a 10 second run in this car = wall, your setup is awesome and I think you can break into the 10's with no problem, but not on pure street tires. At least get some soft compound MT ET's/ hoosier's. I have tried to lay it all down on street tires, not a pretty sight !
Well Thanks everybody, and yes Shelton too. I could not have did this with out his brainstorming and car being torn down for a few weeks now. I will be working on his set up this week, and hopefully done by next week. It does take some time.
I would be interested in swapping 2 new parts for a finished sample for you
Give me a call, we can get it going.
I was suppose to go to the dyno today, but my sister(employee) did not show up for work.... again!! LOL gotta love family.
I am hopin the car is only running about 15-16 psi, so i can run a bigger pulley and see 19psi. I think there is a 10 second time slip on these street tires I run. The car setup is whickedly quick. I also have been working on the motor mounts and traction, something not too many people do now a days. In the famous word of my friend Zo "you can never have too much horsepower, just not enough traction!!"
I am sure I will be selling the Code3 upper pulley when I get boost numbers, so I am just throwing that out there for those of you interested
A few pics from Texas2K9....
I also added some headlight "eyebrows", and some new tint that is made for the taillights. which I will be havin a price for
Ready to install in your driveway. You can kinda see in my pic of my car.

Thanks, the stripes are kinda a modified Grandsport Vette from 96' look with my touch. Alot of my customers have them on there cars as well. The tint took all of 10 mins. I will get some pics up soon
WOW! Nice thinking outside the limits of your castings... my neighbor and I had to do this on some of our modified parts for a hot rod we are working on, but not NEARLY to this degree!
Congrats... can't wait to see what these modifications yield...

Kudo's mate, that is a serious looking machine. You guys are getting some impressive numbers out of the SRT6. 11 sec ET's and talk of possible 10's???
Wow outstanding. It makes us C32 drivers jealous. I would be tickled to be in the mid 12's.
Keep up the good work and keep us posted on the ET and dydno numbers. Especially when running without NOS. Sorry but I'm no fan of the "Instant Engine Destruction in a Can" (NOS), lol.
One constructive comment: If you do plan to sell these mods, take a look at the engine to firewall clearance on the C32 and see if you want to alter the angle of the bends on the pipes from the intercooler discharge to the plenum chambers. The Merc is a good bit tighter in there than the Crossfire.

Here are the last of the pics that i took of the set up before and after. If you notice the (2) 2.5" pipes are in a 4" coupler, showing the difference of the stock 3" coupler.
I am outta here for the day, ttul

Nice so you ported out the throttle body and turned the 2 to 1 y pipe into individual pipes running directly into the intercooler? thats some sweet custom work. What did you use for the grinding, and did you just use a band saw to take off the end of the intercooler?
oh just saw the first pics wow you really worked that throttle body, so you opened up the end of the supercharged and back side of the throttle body as well?

I ported the throttle body, built the new "hat" or inlet of the supercharger, ported the inlet and outlet of the s/c, ported the runners on the s/c, cut the outlet off of the intercooler and took it from 3" to dual 2.5" mandrel bent pipes, mated to BDJ's custom intake manifolds that we have been building for sometime now. I also have:
LET Tune
Code 3 pulley
Code 3 Intake spacers
BDJ's True dual s/s exhaust system with x-pipe
BDJ's CAI (NW style)
Colder plugs hand gapped and filed
Miniture battery
NX 135 wet shot with twin bottles
4 motor tie downs
All = Very fast

BDJ do you have any plans for a more agressive cam? if you do let me know i would love to go in on it with you i have been thinking about buying a spare set to send off.
Also any idea on the cost of the hat and throttle body "man wish i owned a band saw"? and what radius was the bend on the two 2.5 pipes, you just used two 90 degree bends and cut them to fit?
Btw, the cars that I raced were all 400whp to 820whp cars!! I am gettin one of the videos of a 720whp supra I had some fun with
I am sure everybody is going to try to copy my setup, so just remember who did it first!! I will be doing these mods for customers, I just need some numbers, track times, and prices.....
