Heatsoak
Mrphotoman, what do u mean by redline? Obviously the car autoshifts up as soon as the red is reached on the rev gauge. Meaning that to reach 60mph, the car would already have reached "redline".
I see your problem. According to the dyno, you were more leaned out when stock and running pig rich for some reason after the pulley. A good tune should solve your problem. When you get the tune, be sure to give them your dyno sheet to help them get it right for you. You should try to get her tuned with an airi/fuel ratio around 12.2-12.3. Your exhaust tips are probably all black from all that richness. Good luck!

As an observation from my install of the Code 3 pulley, my IAT and water temperatures have been higher over that of the factory pulley. I've found myself running the heat almost all the time to mitigate the additional heat. When not doing this, the car does heat soak and performs about the same it did pre-pulley. Not sure if this would be your whole problem or just contribute to another problem, like a slipping belt or pressure leak.

is it possible that the addition of the code 3 pulley has been causing significant heatsoak?
seems like that shouldn't be enough....

max Intake Air Temp 143 F (is that normal?)
Is it possible I'm not giving the car time to reach full boost? Surely it would before 60MPH?

143F peak temp on a 80 degree day after driving an hour is not bad at all.
the problem may be solved!
Brandon at code3 had me send him a pic of the pulley, and noticed it seemed quite far from the clutch.
I measured it....1.5 mil. that's 6 times what it should be! He seems to think this would have a major impact. Thoughts?
I'll take it off, remove some shims and reinstall tommorow.
As a side note, i always have such a damn hard time bracing it when i remove, anyone got any fave tools/techniques to reccomend?

yeah if that gap is huge then the clutch on the pulley will not engage properly (or at all) and will result in little to no boost.

I use an impact wrench to remove my pulley bolt. NOT to install it though.
just got a better strap wrench.
i had 2 shims stock, and even with them off i seem to have mayb just under a mil of gap. seems too big!
Can I run with no shims? Don't see why not, if there is clearance...
