Default Vibration

I am getting a vibration @ around 2500 rpm 60-80 mph on highway. I can feel the vibration in about 1 second apart intervals. I feel in from accelerator pedal only...not in the steering wheel. I had new front tires put on about 4 months ago. I do hear a slight pop coming from right front when stopping in a turn once in awhile. Anyone have any suggestions please.

Did you get spacers that weren't hub centric? Did they put on counter balance weights? Are your rims bent?

By any chance, can you tell I had some major vibration problems with mine? Had to go through a lot of steps to figure it out. Mine was spacer problems. Took the spacers off, and no more vibration.

Good luck.

Perhaps you ran over a drunk squirrel and the carcass is stuck to your front wheel.

I bet Squirrel Crusher can offer you some advice....

Actually I did swerve away from like lets see....1 dead goose...1 dead racoon...1 dead possum. Does that qualify? I have stock rims...they do have curb rash for previous owner on front right. I guess this may finally push me to get new rims eh!!

We finally got both front rims straightened and it cured our vibrations. I would highly recommend the guys that work out of a location on the back lot of Century BMW on Laurens Rd. They were half the price of two other places I checked and did it while I waited.
They are not part of the dealership, so PM me and I'll get you the phone# if you are interested. Maybe oneday we'll meet at a red light. It would be fun! ( we live in the 5 forks area )
