I am looking for someone to polish my intake manifolds. I have seen a couple photos here of them finished and they looked great. I would normally tell someone to do it themselves but, I have no desire to stand in front of a buffing wheel for that long to do them. I used to be unable to look at a piece of aluminum without polishing it. But times seem to be changing.
Thanks,
Mike

OOOh OOOOH OOOHHH Me. Of course Iam, just modified the Rob manifolds and now waiting for my buffer. Went on Ebay and spent like $280 to get a dual 10"er. The manifolds have to be polished so that they look as good as they work.
I have gotten all my TIGing done and just waiting for the polisher before I get them on the DYNO. I have an appointment to test the 185 improvement ( will be posting that soon too) and then go back for the manifolds to prove the gains that I promised Rob I could do. Gotten about 6 - 8 hours in the mods and cleanup so far and with a BIGGY buffer should be done in another 5-7 hours. Then well be showing the world after I let Rob have the first look. It should be good, and the bet was 40% more flow, pretty much got that in the bag, just need the data to show its proof.
If the MIR crowd remembers the last time I revealed the DUAL CAI set up but poor tire traction never showed the potential. I probably should find a better driver too...........LOL
Enjoy, Woody

All right Woody!! - with the proper tools it can be knocked out in no time. The shop that did all my engine polishing only charged me like $250.00
I think the shop lost money on the deal. The supercharger took a bit more time and detail work then they realized. (BTW their shop was a mess so you may want to mask off an area to keep all the crud from coating your shop.
