PM or email me your real name with your screen name for the list that will be at the track entrance booth.

Spectators don't need to be on the list just pay the normal entrance fee. Usually $10 bucks.

Just got update from track. $30 racer entrance fee includes Day Race, Night Race, burger, fries, and drink with some refills. That's a great deal and take the time to thank one of the track managers Bernie for hooking us up.

Plan on being there by 9am-10am to set up and get tech'd. You can also leave after the day race and come back for the night race, just don't lose your wristband.

Good news and bad news.

Good news - I still have a job!

Bad news - I won't be able to make it to the Shootout!

New company that took over our contract will be meeting with us on Saturday. They have a deadline with the government side of the house and have to have all of us new employees processed by the end of the week.

Nothing like waiting till the last minute!

Sorry to hear that you won't be able to make it. Job comes first so you can have more fun another day. Not ready to retire yet, heh? JTurkel and I came across a full set of 16" wheels on a sweet deal. He got two and I got two, I'm mounting them up on my old hoosiers. So two sets of DR's ready to go. They are 16x8 BTW added 1/2" of width to my current setup. Maybe you can come out in January for a night session and we'll still get you in the 11's. Dang and the weather for the night session is going to be great.

Good luck to all........sorry I can't make it down there. Next year I will have a trailor(and not be in the middle of purchasing a house) and be able to make it out.

 

Thanks guys. We had a great event with all sorts of cars. E55, CLS55, C32, G55, C55, Porsche Cayenne turbo, Porsche 911 turbo, Supra, 2 srt6's, and a new ZR1 vette!! Plus an evoms 911 busted a 9.90 at 150 plus.

Track was great, weather was fantastic. Had some good bracket racing. Still a bunch here at the track waiting for the night session.
