LET can probably alter your tune to better match your new hardware configuration - alternatively, they can also probably just simply put you back to stock.
If for whatever reason(s) that isn't working out - your dealership should be able to flash your ECU to the most current factory software... probably charge 1 hr worth of labor, FWIW.
