Engine decal plate

Who was making these? Do they still exist? I see them on the S/C of handful of members' cars but can't find where they come from. I need something to fill the blank spot, any help?

the newer thread, and the decal is a little different (didn't read through the other thread to see if it changed to this one) ... I like this one better, and it looks great!
