MB AMG Locking Diff...
Not sure if they ever made any for and R170 SLK but thought it was interesting none the less. How hard would it be to adapt one to our cars? Lots of AMG's in the junk yards these days

This kind of differential unfortunately requires a hydraulic pump, solenoid and other parts in order to actually lock the diff. IIRC, this is an electronically controlled, hydraulically locking diff, not an "automatic" unit using wet-plates or a torsen.
