Does your sc still run?
Does your supercharger still turn on if your pump is not working?
I purchased a used pump but the sc still shuts off the same way it did with the old one kicking in and out it's getting frustrating any suggestions?

As far as I know the SC will not work with out the pump. As to yours with the new pump.... maybe you didn't get all of the air out? The main reason for SC failure has been the pump but there are other reasons. I'm sure you will get some more feedback.
Good luck
Good luck
the s/c clutch will engage and you will get boost until the IAT's climb too high due to the IC pump not moving the fluid thru the intercooler. once the IAT's get too hot the supercharger clutch will not engage = slow car.
the sc will turn even at idle as the air to the engine goes through the sc it will turn, slow, you can stop it with a glove on your hand ,,look at the bearing just under the sc pully and belt. jim
Cool thanks I have a feeling that's what it might be I'm at work right now but I'll check it out in the morning.
By the way is there anyway to rig it so the pump can stay running I know it would wear down the pump quicker but I would like to try it thanks
