Glad you had a good time XRay. I am still not getting why you are not running faster. You trapped 110.89 with a 1.759 60'. I was able to trap 114.07 with a slower 1.804 60', and my ET was about .14 faster also. I think you and I are pretty close in the weight department. LOL

You are not pulling as hard as you should be through 2nd and 3rd. If I remember correctly, you have 20 or so more ft pounds of torque than I do also.

I do hope that you can figure it out and get into the 11s where you should be.

Bob

Xray,
I am afraid that you might have to settle for 1.71 - 1.72 60' times at best for now....... I dont recall seeing anyone below 1.7..... but that dosent mean you cant get into the 11's

I am wondering if my exhaust has been part of my problem when I did the rear cat and res delete I did not put in a x pipe so this might be affecting it. I am also wondering about the condition of my front cats I think they may have started melting down do to my previous lean issues which would be adding back pressure. My new exhaust from Rob arrives today so I should be able to answer both questions by tomorrow. I am still very happy with my new tune though I almost ran as fast as my best time with euro in temps a good 25 degrees warmer and a fairly high DA.

Now this is good news to me. I don't know of many people that have had a tune from more than one tuner. A great opportunity to learn something.

Okay My best time of the night was a12.218 @ 112.28 not bad for a 900 DA. I still have some tweeking to do on my fuel pressure but we are moving the right direction now. I luv my new pipes. I will be posting some videos of me beating a Merc sl600 v12 3 times in a row tomorrow and you will be able to hear the exhaust then. Kimpossible was kind enough to come out to the track and be a awesome camera woman. Till tomorrow good night.

Well my first run was the best, 2nd run was 12.44 with lots of wheel spin, then 12.34 again with wheel spin.

I simply could not launch over 1500rpms MAX, the tyres I had were absoutly finished & I certaintly wasnt going to use my 20's lol.

So all in all not bad, there is definatly alot more in the car but impossible to get the power down.

aussiedude I have a custom dual 3" intake that I built myself, the Code 3 pulley and INMotion tune, that is it!
