Add a WRX Kill
Yep, a stock '09/10 or a modded '08.
The fastest version of the facelifted WRX is the 09/10. They look the same but are MUCH faster than the '08. In fact they are faster than the '08 STI.
A stock SRT should be able to beat either.

I've never seen a stock one except in the dealer. In my neck of the woods they go from the showroom to the performance shop before going home. The ones I play with are 450 hp and up. I have a few Subi's, Mitsu's and Porsches on my hit list on the road course. Go get an EVO!

I'm assuming you raced him from a roll? Not that I think the WRX in any way is superior to the Crossfire (sans it's aftermarket) from a dig it'll rip your face off.

I raced an 09' WRX STI hatchback (I think there all hatchbacks?) from about a 15mph - 20mph roll before my tune, he held on for abit then I pulled away so easily, we got to a set of lights and he smoked me. There just so good taking off. I need to find semi slicks for my 20" rims lol

Look at the toyo t1r's I have those on my 20's and have pulled low 1.8 and high 1.7 60's in warm weather.
Thanks Xray I'll have a look into those, I was just looking at the Toyo Proxess R888, 315/30/20 and was set on them until I saw that they cost $1,100 each in Australia so I can tick them off the list.
Do you find that your q/mile is slower when you race with 20" wheels? or about the same.

Mine are 285-30-20's and no they don't effect it because they are the same height as the factories were. They ride a little rougher than factories do to the small side wall but that is the price you pay for the look. My car actually rides better on the DR's because of the big side wall.

I get 1.8 60's with my Proxes T1Rs as they are pretty sticky street tires. As far as WRX's go, with little mods they are STI's with lower price tags. They usually get a stronger launch with the AWD benefits but we reel them in pretty quickly. However there are some beast out there that can tear it up. I just never wanted to push a four that hard. New tech comes new capabilities.
I raced a evo x last week started on a roll. I was in D at the lights took off normaly unsuspecting a race both pacing each other and then we both hit it, it was close but I eventually pulled away. Too close for comfort so when we Got the next set of lights I put it into manual mode. I got an average launch but he pulled up to 3 cars on me right away, maybe around 40mph I started pulling and by the time we hit 75 I pulled past him. I don't think it was stock nor worked but deff caught me by suprise
