Water Pump Pulley Help
Looks like you have the WP pulley that LET had to replace.
Contact EuroCharged and see if they can get you a replacement - if not then perhaps ASP will sell you one.
Does the WP itself look alright? Is the shaft loose or does it wobble? If not then your lucky.
Do you have the small idler pulley installed? How does it turn?

I have an original first gen pulley from LET that you can have if you need it... but the second gen is the one you really want... it was a redesign to be stronger when a few of the originals cracked and came apart...
I dont see any real wear on your pulley that indicates it was rubbing on the WP housing.... how much of a rub mark is there? Can you get a pic?

Also if the bearing was bad enough to make the plate wobble it would also leak coolant.
Get the gen 2 pulley form EuroCharged and the NW Pulley Saver kit and give it a go. IMO

Aluminum is not a good material for a pulley in any case, unless it is anodized it will wear and leave that black powdery coating on the belt, when the anodizing wears of it and it will, the powdery coating will appear. In the long term the 2nd gen aluminum pulleys may also fail, aluminum gets brittle after long term flexing, even a minute amount over time will weaken the corners.
These pulleys were machined and not die formed as the originals were. They were machined from aluminum as it is cheaper and faster too make than if it was machined from steel.
A formed pulley is stronger than an identically sized machined pulley. When you make thousands of pulleys it is cheaper to have them formed in a press and you get a stronger pulley.

I have a 2nd Gen LET Water Pump Pulley I'd be willing to sell cheap. Let me know.
The one I have is billet aluminum, and is in really good shape.
FYI, this sale offer is to OP only...because he is in need...Otherwise I'm holding on to it.
