Funny, I bought my Graphite Gray SRT6 in April from Monroe Dodge.

(1) At these miles, the I/C pump "cutting" out. Get the car hot and then push it. If you lose power then the pump is going. Not a big deal---About $125 or so for the part PLUS the labor but worth looking. (2) Leaking valve covers---hard to see with the all the pieces on top, so pull the engine cover and look near the oil filler near the plugs. (3) PAINT WORK---over-spray DID NOT come from the factory---Germans would not do that---so check for tape lines and over-spray. (4) The tires---a set will cost about $800 and up from there. (5) Transmission leak near the sensor---again not a big deal, but you do not want to drive it with low fluid, and there is not a dipstick to check the level. (6) Actually, at these miles, ALL fluid levels and the COLORS. Low Brake Master will more than likely be thin pads if it has not been topped off.

If all checks out, it's a good price. There are members on here that might meet you if you need help looking for the above.

I will say Monroe Dodge did me right. I made the deal over the phone from Nashville. You may want to pay them to check it out too!!!! Jimmy

EDIT---Oh, Needswings is just up the road, they will help you for sure and you need to get to know them anyway!!!!!!---If they will not let you have it checked out SOMETHING is wrong----GOOD LUCK!!!

Dude.

At that price I wouldn't be worried about problems.
Buy it before one of us does!

Oooh. I am so tempted. A backup SRT6. So cheap...and in Michigan, too. you better hurry and buy it. (I paid $21k for mine with 8600 miles in Jan 2008.) If you decide against it, let me know at jjaiven@chartermi.net.

What a nice find! Enjoy the miles of smiles - although, it's not a roadster!
