Did the airbags deploy O.K. ? I agree about your parts. Get as many as you can, even if they notice later. You can always give them back later; if required. Good luck, and again; sorry.

Very Sorry For Your Loss. Good Idea To Get A Physical. Internal Organs Really Get Shook Up In Such An Event. You've Got A Lot Of Eyes Looking For A Replacement. Good Luck!

It actually bothered my stomach when I saw the pictures because I know how I feel about mine and this was the first forum I looked at today after installing my 5 point belts. Seems ironic doesn't it?
I hope the best for you. Yes, she's a goner.
Try to get a good price PLUS TRY TO WORK OUT a deal where you could claim the car for a minimul amount. I have seen that done here in Montana and the owner actually got the car for FREE being it was concidered a collectable, a 69' Camero.
I don't know if it can be done in your state but maybe worth a try. I know I would love to have a back-up 3.2 kompressor!
Good luck hope evrything turns out well for you.

It is painful to see another graphite SRT6 in such hurting shape. Just hope you are completely ok. There will be others to buy, but yours looks totalled. Good luck.

I have all documentation and even the luggage in the shipping box. Car is garraged and covered. There are 3,6oo miles showing and car is show perfect. Since the other driver was so stuipid maybe her insurance company will buy my car for you. $30.000.00. I am not good on moving around in this site so here is my e-mail address if you are interested. cobalt1987@***.net

While her insurance company is required to replace his car with an equal, they will also be weighing the cost with Kelly Blue Book (although they make up their numbers) and car sales sites. I wish you luck with getting your $30k but don't hold your breath.

Back when I rode a motorcycle I learned to always expect every car driver on the road - every driver around me - to do something incredibly stupid. And I am never let down whenever it eventually happens. There is no amount of defensive maneuvers you could have done to prevent this accident, and going through all this just sucks. As others have said, at least you didn't suffer more serious injuries, and the car can always be replaced.

Man, I am so sorry for your loss.....I'm very glad you are okay however. Saying that never makes it easier as you lost your hot rod, but it can be replaced. You not being dead or a vegetable is the key - so as to be able enjoy the next hot rod!

You are lawyered up, which is good. Make the drunk ***** pay for being totally and utterly f'ing stupid!

We are hopping to also push the fact that this is a very limited production car and that true value can't be fully determined by current market value. On a side note my lawyer is a parapalegic that actually became a lawyer after suffereing for injuries that happened to him after a severe car accident.

THe woman and her passanger weren't even injured during the accident manly due to her only having the front end collision and hitting me instead of face first into the median and possibly worse. I'm going for nothing less than the woman replacing the true value of the vehical in such a way that i can purchase another similar mileage/condition crossfire at a similar amount left on the note of that vehical 11,500. and of coarse medical exspenses built up due to the accident.

Get with Franc ASAP.

I took off the X-stream filters and intake piping today and replaced the stock intake. I need to find the stock idler pulley before i can take off the ASP 178 pulley.

The ASP kit was just the 178 and smaller idler pulley correct?

Also i spoke with the lawyer today and we agreed 70/30. I get the full amount of the med pay from my insurance which is up to 5,000 i beleive. Then i will get offered an amount for the Srt6 and later the Liability amount from her insurance which that amount that what i get 70% of and the lawyer gets 30%. I still owed 11,700 on the srt-6 so hopefully after all is said and done i can purchase another Srt6.

I found many listings of srt-6's for 17,900-23,000 so hopefully we can push for that for the property.

Also would there be any interest for parts off of this vehical like the engine, transmission and so on? I might intertain the idea of buying the car back and parting it out if there can be any money made from that as well.

Bryan, I don't know what to say man...other than glad you made it out with a headache. It makes you sick I know...you were really into that car...get your performance parts off there asap, to put on the next one. Take something off there to remember her by...she has done you well, including saving your life...these cars are built like little tanks...good luck, and we will keep our eyes out for you....a new and improved version....

I sent you a PM, but I'd have to look at the car to see, but I sent you a couple of PM's.
I'm sure others will be very interested in the wheels, tires, rear spoiler, etc. Hell even the engine will sell if it wasn't damaged.
