Default Was about to install code 3 until

i realized shims are needed. The directions from Code 3 performance indicates to use the shims provided. I bought this used and dont have any shims. Didnt even know i needed them. Im assuming the seller should have provided it. soooo where can one purchase these shims???

Mine didn't need any shims. Do you know which generation Code 3 you have? (I guess it's better to be prepared ... just in case you need them)

you need to install the c3 you have, torque it to 20 nm and check to see if the clutch touches the pulley anywere. if not your golden . if it does thats were the shims come in to play. you want the pulley as close as possible without touching anywere. some use 1 shim some none some 4. every pulley seems to be different. i dont know which gen pulley you have but the early models used shims the last gen needed none.
