I went down to my local muffler shop and had the resonator removed and a Y pipe welded in. I think it sounds great! cost $100.00! Some of the guys don't like the sound, but as far as I'm concerned, anything else just shows you have too much money. It's a little louder at idle, comes on strong during acceleration, and the dreaded 'cabin drone' is a very tolerable hum. The best thing is you get to keep the stock tips and the stock muffler. It's all reversible if you just hate it, but I think you'll love it!
It's been a coupla years.. you still running with this??? Comments/suggestions?

I have been running this configuration for almost three years and am very happy with it.... just the right amount of 'growl'.....
The guy that bought my SSB SRT6 made this comment when I took him for a ride in the Aero... 'it sounds just like my friends GTR'... the Chrysler parts guy also heard it from inside and said 'nice growl on your car'...
