Default looking to purchase an SRT-6 Convertible

Hi to all,

I am looking to buy an SRT-6 Convertible, budget of 20K approx.

I am from Canada but willing to go pick it up in the states.

Any help or feedback would be greatly appreciated.

PS: great website for Crossfire fans

At that price you will be able to get a very nice SRT6 Roadster.
Think a few owners her have cars for sale. Look around.
Then there's all of the car sites and Ebay.
Looking forward to welcoming you into the Family!
Take your time. Think Blue!

Thanks Tighed1,

I found this car 6 hours away from my place in Canada, color does not excite me but if you have feedback it would be much appreciated.

If I want it inspected should I bring it to a Mercedes dealer?

That's my roadster's twin!
Same price I paid for mine over a year ago.
Pictures look good. Time for a road trip to check it out!

Might check here on the forum to see if there is someone local to the car to look at it for you. I know forum member tonygg is in Toronto. Give him a buzz!

Report back!

Ben,
There are two blues.... Aero Blue and Silver Sapphire Blue.... the link you got was for the Aero Blue... the SSB is often called silver (by non-belivers ) because in shaded light it looks silver and in bright light you can see the blue tint to it......

Thanks for the heads up but I contacted the seller by e-mail and the car is in Totonto, Ontario, Canada and it is a lady private seller so i am hoping it is ok.

I will obviously verify if it is and that there is no money owed on it still.

My brother in law lives in the Toronto area and will go check it out next Tuesday for me.

I hope all goes well cause I really wants this car

I was also looking at that car.. it's a US car, still registered in Texas, so would need to be imported.. Let me know what shape it is in.. It was originally posted at 26,000. but he has dropped it quite a bit.. It sounds like it should be a good low mileage car..

He his not answering me anymore, we were suppose to arrange for me to see the car this week. I also noticed on pictures the Texas plates so I am not sure about this car anymore.

I also asked for the VIN but again no answers

Time will tell

Yes,, I also found him hard to get in touch with.. he did send me some pictures, and did send me the VIN. The vin was from a srt.. I didn't do a carfax on it or anything.. not much else I can help you with, other than everything seemed to be like he stated. Importing it is no more complicated than any other crossfire.. in fact, being that it is in canada already, you can skip the border step...

let me know if you look at it.. I am from western canada, and was going to fly down to look at it, but the timing was bad for me..

dale.
