I'm going to retract my statement about the 2011 not being able to hang around curves. Apparently it's capable of .94 on the skidpad, I'm assuming Ford learned with the Cobra that the GT needs to be more than a straight line car. I would imagine it would still take a much better driver in the GT than it would in the SRT due to the curb weight. Also it's true the Mustang has more potential but that's because it's the Honda Civic of the domestic world, I've had a lot of wheel experience with them ranging from 89 to 02, and even owned a couple. The good thing is the amount of money it takes them to get where we are at. You'll rarely see a forced induced GT that isn't a freshly built motor since the stock bottom end can't handle the pressure.
