Default Hard times forcing a friend to sell his SRT6 - going rate?

A good friend of mine has run into some tough times and has been forced to sell his SRT-6 Roadster.

It's got 17XXX miles, ASP Pulley, and the Burns Stainless resonator removal.

It's located in south TX.

Sapphire Silver Blue Metallic w/NAV.

It isn't 100% pristine on the outside, but it's garaged and well cared for. If I remember correctly, there is one TINY ding on one of the fenders. It is less than the size of a dime and can easily be PDR'd.

Any input on what he can look to get out of it these days?

Thanks in advance,
Shawn

I'd think he can probably get about $20,000 ... I'd price it at $22,000 and be willing to drop $2,000 if necessary

also, I'd remove the pulley kit and sell it separately for an extra $500

Just had to do some major research on current srt-6 values. His being a roadster gives it a little more value. I would price it at around 18,500 anything higher and its very likely it might not sell. As much as 2,000 lower if he want to sell it very quickly. Unfortunatly the few people that are selling there srt-6's have priced them very low so the market is at very low prices right now. If he wasn't in a rush i would say 19,500 and sit on that for a year to see if it sells but with him in financial trouble the chances are slim it would sell at that price.

Roadsters sell slow in the winter months also, Best of luck to your friend.

Check out NADA.com. This is the source that many dealers, insurance companies use to price thier stock.

Since he's in S. Texas, his season to sell is still good although spring is always the best time to sell for the most $.

I'd say $18k for a fast sell and $20k if he can take some time.

I am also looking for an SRT-6. In fact this sounds like exactly what I am looking for. If he would be willing tro keep the pulley and other mods on it for around the 18,5 range then I am very interested!

I think you found a buyer at a very nice price for your friend!

Sell it!

He's priced it at $19K, and may be willing to negotiate a little bit.

I'm posting his name/number and a few pics he sent me in the classifieds. Please feel free to contact him. Unfortunately, I live 19hrs away from him and can't get better pics and post them up for him.

4 more months...and I would be the one buying it! Oh well...

Thanks for the responses.

Shawn

PS: Yes, I still miss my Graphite SRT...wish I would've bought it back when I had the chance!
