Holycrap, Jnsrt6 has not seen anything in this thread beyond the second post as his last activity was yesterday at 7:27 pm. Hopefully he will read this thread and realize that with the preponderance of evidence posted in here that he did in fact send you the wrong pulley and make things right. Lets us know what happens. I think I had pulley #2 or #3, of the very first batch and mine doesn't look like that. IMHO, he definitely sent you the stock pulley knowingly. Maybe he was scammed and he's trying to pass it along to mitigate his own loss. Who knows.

How did you pay him?
If you used PayPal, file a complaint with them and get your money back.
I _really_ hope you didn't send a check or cash.
And just to add my voice to the others here:
What you have there is OBVIOUSLY two stock pulleys. I have a Code3 on my car, and it is easy to tell the difference between the stock and Code3. The stock is thicker (duh!) and has a chamfered rim (that's like a beveled rim). The Code3 rim is rounded, and is visibly different on or off the car. I could tell immediately from your picture that you have two stock pulleys there.
