very disappointed with their service and call back on items that i want to purchase for my srt 6 interior chrome trim and exterior chrome trim.

that young lady answers the it seems like she does not know anything about items that they sell if there in stock.

called yesterday to place an order for 11 items i think the order was around $600.00 i would think in this economy u what want to sell

here i get an answer i have to check on items will call u back later in the day on mon or by tues

heres tues no call so i called and the same young lady answers and says still waiting on items and i will call u back later in he day while 9pm eastern time and still no call

the owners of this company must be very r well off for not wanting a sale or maybe get better customer service staff that know if they have items to sell or not

This supplier is located in Germany. I've purchased various pieces from them, prior to Autoexclusive's existence. They are about equal, as far as pricing, but the shipping will be more costly. They will respond in a timely manner.
