At that price it is gonna stay low milage.
I feel somewhat sorry for those guys who thought they spotted a gullwing collectable in the crossfire's unique heritage and style. Didn't happen.
But some just refuse to get it.
I'm sure there will be a time when a virginal SRT vert will pull $33k on the auction block. Gasoline will then be $12 bucks a gallon and a sixpac of Budweiser will run you $30.00.
Meanwhile you can buy one just like it with 30k on the clock for $18 grand and drive it now.

Also, letting a car sit is about the worst thing you can do to it. Seals dry up, rubber dry rots, fluids absorb moisture, etc.
