I am definitely going to drive the car, but not yet as my daily driver. Maybe I will get another one in the next year or two for my daily driving. Maybe a manual trans. I was hooked the first time I seen a limited coupe pass me and his spoiler rose up. They are that kewl!

I have been very impressed with this forum. I had no idea of the enthusiasm that i have seen here. Wow!

Welcome to the forum and the permagrin club.
Yes I belong to Capital City Mopars. I have a car on their members list that i sold recently. 500 plus horsepower Duster. I also have a small block Duster. SRT6 can get around my current Duster. Old one could pull the wheels off the ground. It would probably tip over in a sharp turn though lol. That is why these SRT6's are seo kewl. Hemi Cuda speed with slot car turning. I worked the show last year. Judged A, B, E bodies.

Thanks for the welcome

1970 Hemi Cuda is my all time favorite car. I had a 73 Challenger, but it was a 318 car. Owned several Dusters, Charger, GTX, Fords, Chevys, etc. I love my SRT6 just as much or MORE, but lets all not forget that the fastest quarter mile car of all time is the 1968 Cuda's and Darts made by Mopar. They Run at the top of the Super Stock class SS/AH. They are deep into the 8s. a 1970Hemi Cuda that could be bought for 5-6 grand is worth hundreds of thousands of dollars now. Some have sold for Millions. Maybe the SRT6 will someday be considered highly collectible. I bought mine because it is just a beautiful car. I would have still bought it if it was as slow as my Chevy S10 truck. I am just lucky it isnt lol.

I am still getting use to all the controls and stuff. Heated seats, Traction Control, Mirrors, etc. And of course, I am still getting use to the poor visibility when backing up. I am more than willing to compromise the poor visibility with the incredible styling. We are all lucky to have a Crossfire!

Jim,

Yep. You belong here. Probably part of the elite "twofers" within months.

Other than a Suburban, I have only MOPAR's; mostly A's, 66 and 67. Mostly projects, but include two 66 Formula S Barracudas. Nothing I have will run with a normally aspirated Crossfire, though the 66 S was no slug in its day.

Enjoy the SRT-6.

Michael

Awesome purchase...

Can someone please post a picture of this terrible cup holder? I keep reading about them and it is just making me wonder. :P

I won't be able to jump into a SRT-6 for a good 6 months...so someone post a pic so I can see
